Once in a great while, we are privileged to experience a WordPress Blog event so extraordinary, it becomes part of our shared heritage. 1969: Man walks on the moon. 1971: Man walks on the moon… again. Then, for a long time, nothing happened. Until tonight, because it’s time for some more Treehouse of Horror Segments I love! You’ve read the first part of the top 20 HERE, now it’s time to see the very best that the Simpsons had to offer!
And so, Spooky Scary Cinema comes to a close. It’s been fun writing non-stop for the last few weeks, and I can’t wait to do it all over again next year! For this final day, on Halloween itself, it’s time to talk about an especially memorable part of the holiday for me. The highlight of any Halloween season is watching the numerous Treehouse of Horror episodes of the Simpsons. There are numerous wild and crazy stories that are imaginative, insane and sometimes even properly scary. As such, I’d like to showcase my all time favourite Treehouse of Horror segments, where not all of them are the well known examples! There are so many wonderful moments from these Halloween Specials, and it was super hard figuring out which bits to include. As such, there will be two different posts detailing each half of my list, so buckle up!
